Curated for real estate agents

The AI Resource Playbook for Agents

There are thousands of AI tools, and most agents either try none or waste money on the wrong ones. This is my short list of tools that do real work in a real estate business, sorted by the job they do. I’d rather give you a few good ones than every one.

By John Walker, Real Estate Instructor. Prices were checked on each company’s official page on Oct 12, 2026. “See site” means a current price could not be confirmed there. Prices change, so always check before you buy. No outside company paid to be listed here. Built by John tools are mine, and I may earn a small reward when you use my free Chief of Staff bot.

Tools I built for agents

I don’t just teach AI. I build with it. These two tools came out of problems I saw in my own brokerage.

Retention Pro

Life gets busy, and agents lose touch with past clients without meaning to. Retention Pro keeps you in front of your sphere so the next deal comes back to you.
